On April 12 2012, the repeated Extraordinary Assembley of the shareholders of Banca de Economii S.A. has taken place. During the Assambley, two questions have been examined: the before term suspension of the mandate of the Council members and of the Bank Council reserve; as well as the election of new members of the Council and of the Bank Council reserve.
The repeated Extraordinary Assembley of the shareholders has decided the before term suspension of the mandate of the Council members, as well as the election of the new componence of the new members of the Council and of the Bank Council reserve. Four of the five members of the Council have been proposed by the State Council.
