The strategic goal of the bank   consolidation and strengthening of the market position, ensuring a high competitivity and durable rentability potential.

– Pro client orrienting
The Bank will implement a new client approach ideology, based on a combination between standard technology and an individual approach to each of them. The main task is to ensure the the correspondence of the offered products with the client demands. Thus, it is necessary to enlarge the service spectre offered through the implementation of innovative products and services and the improvement of the existing ones. The loyalty of the client groups will be obtained through the implementation of efficient methods of working with clients and of improving the service quality.  

– Focusing on distribution channels
The Bank aims to optimize its network of territorial divisions based on the social-economic factors. In order to ensure an enlargement of the distribution area of the banking services, alternative channels (such as ATM's, multimedia stores, )Banca urmează să optimizeze reţeaua de subdiviziuni teritoriale a băncii ţinând cont de factorii social-economici. În scopul asigurării lărgirii ariei de distribuţie a serviciilor băncii vor fi utilizate canale alternative (bancomate, chioşcuri multimedia, banking payment and exchange operations terminals, Internet network, etc.)

– Development of informational technologies
Without the creation of a high-tech bank it is not possible to ensure an appropriate level of the products and service level, the speed of service, the speed of completing a transaction. The Bank will continue implementing new technologies in order to optimize the costs on behalf of the automatization of the banking processes.

– Inside Bank development
For the insurance of an efficient activity of the bank it is necessary to optimizy the internal infrastructure. It is necessary to create a system of ruling the bank carefully, adequately and flexibly due to the environment changes, based on efficient economic management swipes and on an optimal distribution channel. This fact implies the application of a new approach towards the organizational structure of the bank, or a reengineering of the functional domains in order to ensure an optimal internal logistics, inclusively a growth in the autonomy of the branches and an improvement of the decision taking process.

– Development of public relations
The increase in the client database and the positioning of the bank on certain market segments implies the creation of an image and the insurance of a high popularity level and trust through the extention of public relations.  

– Risk managament
In conditions of develompent and extension of the products and services portfolio, it is necessary to implement an integer system of risk management.

The fundamental criterium of the bank development will become the appreciation of the human and intellectual resources in order to create plus value. In this sense the Bank will ensure the maintenance and growth of qualified, motivated and loyal human resources. The Bank will grant special attention to the improvement of the intellectual potential in oreder to correspond to the demands of the modern technic-scientifical develompent, through the ensurance of qualification, motivation and proffesional growth conditions used as stimulation instruments.
