3. Security measures for using the card and the PIN - code 
  • sign the card on the reverse in the assigned place, immediately after receiving it;
  • keep the card in conditions that would exclude its deterioration, loss or theft;
  • remember and keep in secret the PIN-code;
  • keep the PIN-code use away from other people's identification or sight;
  • take the card and invoice of each transaction;
  • request the performance of any transaction with your card only in your presence;
  • request the invoice of the transaction and check attentively the information that it contains (date, card number, name/surname, sum);
  • avoid revealing the confidential information regarding your card on the phone or through other communication ways;
  • check the balance of your account immediately as the transaction failed;
  • keep all the invoices of your transactions and compare them to the transactions in the account extract.
 
4. What is to be done if the card has been stolen or lost.
If the card has been lost or stolen, the PIN-code or other data regarding the card has been compromised, it is necessary to inform the Bank as soon as possible by calling at: (+373 22) 210202, 210303 (the service is available 24/24). Blocking the card via telephone demands a written request in 48 hours after the telephone announcement, at any agency or branch of the Bank.
