IN CASE OF USING PRE- PRINTED FORMS

To send money

• fill in the “to send money” form.
• give the agent the completed form along with the money you wish to send, the sending costs and an identification document (passport for non residents) and justified documents (if it is case).
• the transaction will be processed through western union’s computer system. the operator will give you a receipt mentioning money transfer control number.
• call the receiver and relay the information required to collect the money: amount, country and city where money was sent from, money transfer control number.

To receive money

• fill in the “to receive money” form. Indicate the country the money was sent from, the name of the sender, the amount you are expecting and the money transfer control number.
• give the western union agent the form and an identification document
• the agent will give you the money and a receipt.

IN CASE OF USING AUTOMATED CUSTOMER RECEIPT

To send money

• the transaction will be processed through western union’s computer system. the operator will give you a receipt mentioning money transfer control number.
• call the receiver and relay the information required to collect the money: amount, country and city where money was sent from, money transfer control number.

To receive money

• give the western union identification document  and provide him with the following information: the country the money was sent from, the name of the sender, the amount you are expecting and the money transfer control number.
• the agent will give you the money and a receipt.
