On June 8th 2012, the Extraordinary General Assembley of the Shareholders of Banca de Economii S.A. took place. Within it, the following decisions had been taken: the Report of the Bank Council activity has been aproved, the mandate of the Bank Council members and the Bank Council reserve had been suspended before term, the new Bank Council members and Bank Council reserve has been elected.

Starts the payment of indexed amounts
Banca de Economii SA brings to your acknowledgment that starting April 25th 2012, the payment of the indexed amounts starts. The following age categories that have submitted a request till March 1st 2012, will benefit:
- depositors born until 1991 inclusive to receive the indexed amounts related to the first stage.
- depositors born until 1921 inclusive to receive the indexed amounts related to the second stage.
